All orders are shipped from the UK via one of our courier services, Royal Mail.
After you place an order on Location Clothing you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email notifications as we dispatch your goods.
In most cases one of our courier services companies will call you to arrange for delivery; however, if you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you. This will have a date by which you need to collect your package or arrange a re-delivery.
We at Location wish to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy, then please contact us with 14 days of receipt and follow instructions as outlined below.
If you return the product in it's original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund your money (excluding postage costs), or provide you with an alternative if required. You will need to pay for the return postage and the cost of re-sending an alternative back to you. Any difference in value will be payable/refunded as appropriate.
If you return an item back to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens please contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions.
